Lipotransfer

Using a thinner cannula than that used in conventional liposuction, the surgeon extracts fat from other areas of the body such as the lower back, abdomen, waist, knees and hips. It then subjects this fat to a purification process and injects it into the buttocks, drop by drop, taking into account that there are blood vessels in the area that ensure good irrigation of the transferred fat that must survive as a graft.

Through silicone gel implants

Your surgeon makes a small incision of between 6 and 7 cm in the midline between both buttocks, within the depression that separates them. Through this incision, a pocket is formed inside each buttock, to house the cohesive silicone gel implants.

Anesthesia can be local with sedation, spinal, epidural or general. The surgery lasts approximately 2 to 3 hours for both implant augmentation and fat transfer. It generally requires a day of hospitalization.

Gluteoplasties

There are two surgical alternatives with very satisfactory results: cohesive silicone gel implants and the injection of fat removed by liposuction from other parts of the body for people who want to increase the volume of their buttocks. Silicone implants are similar to breast implants, although more resistant and with a special format appropriate to aesthetically increase the gluteal region permanently and reversible.

Abdominoplasty

Surgical intervention that consists of total remodeling of the abdomen, waist and trunk shape of the body. The main candidates for this surgery are women who have had one or more pregnancies.

The intervention is carried out under general or regional anesthesia and is made up of five essential steps:

Dermolipectomy, which involves removing all excess skin and fat from the abdomen, the so-called abdominal apron.
The abdominal wall is reconstructed by using sutures to join the rectus abdominis muscles.
Skin closure: suturing the flap skin that was formed.
Repositioning of the navel (neoumbilicoplasty).
Finally, and if necessary, liposuction of the flanks and hips, with which the body contour is reshaped.

Reductive mammoplasty

Women with large, sagging breasts can relieve problems such as back pain and deformities, neck pain, irritated skin, among other symptoms. The procedure consists of reducing the size of the breast, but at the same time sculpts the bust to give it the best possible shape.

We recommend spending one night in our surgical center. We typically perform these procedures under general anesthesia. It is normal to feel some pain and inflammation the first few days, symptoms easily controlled with analgesics.

TECHNIQUE

Laser liposuction in Mallorca is a simple and quick operation to perform. In our clinic we follow the following steps:

  1. Perform the Clinical Hª
  2. Analytical indication. (Hemogram, coagulation, lipid profile, liver profile, etc…

On the day of the intervention:

  1. Taking medication prior to treatment. Antibiotic, anti-inflammatory and relaxing prophylaxis.
  2. Photographs of the area to be taken are taken before and after treatment to assess the final result.
  3. Marking of the area to extract the fat. The patient is then placed on the stretcher.
  4. One route is taken to administer the serum.
  5. All the skin in the area is disinfected before beginning the procedure.
  6. Local anesthesia is administered and small incisions are made in the skin of approximately 0.5 cm.
  7. A local anesthetic solution is infiltrated (Klein formula) which is introduced with a fine laser fiber to liquefy the fat and extraction is carried out by aspiration of the fatty tissue.
  8. The small incisions are closed. In cases with excess dermal sagging after laser liposuction treatment, the result can be perfected using the lipolaser to retract the skin.

*If the patient wishes, the extracted fat can be transferred to other areas of the body (such as chest, buttocks, cheekbones, hands, etc...) to give volume using the lipotransfer technique.
